The first stage of the project: Voyantic Tagformance Pro installation

On November 20, 2019 the Siltek company reported that "ALPHA - Siltek" completed the first stage of the project of formation of a complex on researches in the field of radio frequency identification for design of products with RFID tags and to quality control of their production based on the equipment from Voyantic Ltd company.

Specialists of Alpha Siltek set the laboratory Voyantic Tagformance Pro complex for the research RFID of tags, influence of different conditions on their radio physical properties.

The equipment allows to develop products taking into account result of laboratory researches in which pacing factors are considered: material of production of a tag, geometry of the tag and the antenna in it and also the chip and its sensitivity to a radio signal. Thus, carrying out tests with different components of a RFID tag, it is possible to achieve an optimal combination them in an end product which will yield the best result on reading on required surfaces, told the head of department of technologies of safety of Siltek Group Maxim Selivanov

The set of tests is carried already out and characteristics of the released products are removed. Different conclusions are drawn on influence of materials, dyes, thickness and other parameters on the final range of reading of RFID tags. Using Voyantic Tagformance Pro tests of products, in particular, of a RFID tag of the S-Tag series "3D", by S-TAG "3D SLIM", S-TAG "3D MINI" and also the separate S-TAG "SCAT" and S-TAG "A" projects were carried out", noted Dmitry Nechayev, the head of the design department of Siltek Group

Thanks to this equipment work on implementation 100% of characteristics of deliverable RFID tags for ensuring recurrence of their properties is in addition controlled.

Agreement signature on delivery of installations

On May 30, 2019 it became known of agreement signature between Russian the producer korpusirovanny RFID- tags Alpha - Siltek"Siltek(Group) and distributor of the advanced solutions of quality control from Voyantic.

The Siltek group specializes in design and production of korpusirovanny RFID tags for dedicated application and RFID of seals. Products of Siltek Group which are turned out at own manufacturing enterprise in the city of Dmitrov are held for use in logistics, on production, in the banking sector, in livestock production, for control of movement of assets of the enterprises, etc.

Within the agreement the company Sarus Technology, the Russian distributor of the RFID equipment, will deliver on Alpha Siltek manufacturing enterprise of installation Voyantic Tagformance Pro and Voyantic Tagsurance for quality control of design and production of RFID tags.

Voyantic Tagformance Pro is the universal device for testing and measurements of RAIN RFID, HF RFID and NFC which basic functions:

• Verification of tuning and sensitivity of RFID and NFC of tags;
• Studying of influence of materials, orientations, distances on characteristics of a tag;
• Determination of optimal methods of marking;
• Quantitative comparison of different tags;
• Optimization of RFID of installations;
• Analysis of memory of tags and capacity of the chip;
• Assessment of finished products on reliability and distance of reading.

Voyantic Tagsurance is testing system and measurements of UHF RFID of tags for quality control of a tag in a production process, testings of performance on the broad range of frequencies.
