Infinitum Specialized depositary (Eldis-Soft Zenit)

By software it is developed on the basis of a system the ZENITH — the systems of maintaining registers of joint-stock companies. Design capacity of software — 15 thousand documents a day, 50 million registered persons.

Completions of software were made by request of JSC Specialized Depositary INFINITUM.

The central link of a system Zenit is a document flow subsystem which important feature is that it is focused on considerable volumes of incoming documents and the pipeline nature of their processing. The subsystem of maintaining registers of owners of shares of mutual investment funds provides preparation, control and carrying out all necessary transactions.

Functionality of a system:

• 1. The wide list of the reporting, setup of necessary report forms using the designer of reports
• 2. Unloading of data in the form of the formalized documents
• 3. The organization of the access to data of the register deleted online
• 4. Calculation of the PIT which is subject to deduction from shareholders at repayment of investment shares
• 5. Formation of payment orders for payment of taxes, repayments of shares
