The checked Fansy-Depo technologies

The program of depository accounting Fansy-Depo is intended for automation of activity of depositary, specialized depositary mutual fund and NPF according to requirements of the Regulator and also for accounting of depository operations of credit institutions according to rules of the Central Bank of the Russian Federation (Instruction 44 "Rules of accounting of depository operations of credit institutions in the Russian Federation"). The main objective of the program — accounting of depository instructions, the automated performing transactions on custody accounts of depositors, the subsequent analysis of results and providing the reporting to clients and regulatory authorities.

Principle of Uniform approach

According to information for June, 2019 the program runtime is based on the principle of Uniform approach which includes:

• The uniform reference book by subjects segmented on two subsets – "The reference book by Legal entities and Funds" and "The reference book by individuals". Each person, is entered into the program once irrespective of in what qualities (bank, the broker, depositary, the depositor, the partner, the issuer) it will be used. The quality in which the person is used is set or a type of activity on a special tab, or is defined by existence of the relations arising in the course of activity.
• The uniform magazine of documents and transactions using which users enter data on state change of assets. If necessary the magazine can be limited to one category of documents for detailed viewing or export of data, in other cases their complete list is available to the user.
• Uniform scheme of processing of all documents and transactions of the uniform magazine "Sozdaniye Documenta-zapolneniya Control-Obrabotka". It allows to standardize actions of the user and excludes a possibility of commission of an error at a stage of document posting and formation of postings in an accounting core.
• The uniform Reports/action button for accomplishment of all export-import actions that standardizes actions of the user.
• The uniform file of start for several SQL platforms (FIREBIRD, MS SQL, Oracle, PostgreSQL).
• Uniform setup option of the user functions "Filter", "Sorting", "Grouping", "Import", "Export", "Group Editing" with preserving of parameters.

Description of the Fansy-Depo program

As of June, 2019 the reporting completely conforms to requirements of the Regulator, is executed in the form of generation of ready report forms in files of formats XBRL XML HTML, XTDD, MS Excel and Word that is functional and user-friendly.

The possibility of accounting of securities as on dates of transactions in the register (in depositary partner), and on dates of transactions in depositary is implemented.

In systems the XBRL reporting of the regulator for professional participants of the stock market is implemented. Reports form as in the XBRL format in relevant taxonomy of the regulator, and in the MS Excel format in the type which is specially corresponding to taxonomy. Reports in the MS Excel are followed by additional interpretations of data for the convenient analysis of the report. Forms on OKUD 0420415, 0420416, 0420418 and others are implemented. Report forms are debugged and checked for XBRL-processor Fujitsu, in software the Questionnaire editor of XBRL and in software the XBRL Converter. The mechanism of merging of several reports in a uniform XBRL packet (point of entry) is implemented.

In systems the Bank reporting of the regulator for stock market participants is implemented. Reports form both in the KLIKO, PTK PSD formats, and in the MS Excel format in specially corresponding type. Reports in the MS Excel are followed by additional interpretations of data for the convenient analysis of the report. Forms on OKUD 0420711, 0420707 and others are implemented.

Calculation of own rates, processing of rates of third-party depositaries / registrars and drawing of accounts for depository service with ample opportunities of individual preference is automated.

The possibility of obtaining the consolidated statements within the distributed depositary (head depositary and its branches) is provided.

Calculation of income for securities, with a possibility of calculation of taxes for accomplishment of functions of the tax agent is automated.

The chart of accounts is expanded sub-accounts therefore need of creation of sections of custody accounts of depositors for accounting of the facts of standard encumbrances disappears: blocking, pledge, arrest.

Work with use of the module of the removed depositor is possible.

A system can be used together with the products Fansy-STANDARD, Fansy-SPECTRE and Fansy-TRUST.
