Technoserv completed implementing solution for monitoring and performance review of network and applications in Ingosstrakh

On June 6, 2019 the Technoserv company, rossiyskiysistemny integrator, announced project completion on implementing solution for monitoring and performance review of network and applications in SPAO "Ingosstrakh", one of the Russian insurance companies.

Ingosstrakh has a large number of branches through the whole country and branched IT infrastructure. The network component directly affects availability of business applications of the company. Maintenance of stability of its functioning requires operating control of indicators of working capacity, the analysis of trends for resource planning, reduction of time of localization and identification of the prime causes of problems in work of services. As the tool for achievement of assigned tasks Ingosstrakh selected the solution for monitoring and performance review of network and the Riverbed SteelCentral applications.

The product perfectly proved to be at a stage of a pilot project and completely met requirements of the company. Within the project problems of control of the main applications providing connection to corporate services of remote offices and insurance agents and also supporting work of the distributed contact center and the corporate website ingos.ru were solved.

Through Riverbed SteelCentral we visualized information in real time on the user services and grouped remote platforms depending on criticality degree for business. Thus, the company can see performance of the user services, delays and their reasons and also to estimate degree of their business impact, commented Alexander Pilevsky, the associate director of competence center on management systems of IT and monitoring of Technoserv company
