In 1998 Sergey Moskalenko graduated from the Nizhny Novgorod state technical university.
In 1999 got second higher education at the Nizhny Novgorod state university of Lobachevsky in Management of the enterprises.
Career
Started a career in insurance in 1998 in Volga Car company.
From 2002 to 2004 was responsible for development of retail insurance in regional division of Ingosstrakh.
Since 2004 worked in Rosgosstrakh: at first the chief of the department of retail sales, then — the associate director on corporate sales.
On June 6, 2019 the Soglasie insurance company announced Sergey Moskalenko's appointment the director of the Nizhny Novgorod regional branch.
