2019: Agreements on creation of infrastructure products for the digital platform of MegaFon

MegaFon companies, Yadro (enters into ICKX Holding) and Dell Technologies announced technology partnership within which infrastructure products for the digital platform Megafon will be created. The memorandum of intentions fixing arrangements between partners was signed on June 6, 2019 by the CEO of PJSC MegaFon Gevork Vermishyan, the vice president and the CEO of Dell Technologies in Russia, Kazakhstan and Central Aziiboris Scherbakov and the head ICKX Holding, the chairman of the board of directors of Yadro Anton Cherepennikov.

MegaFon within implementation of the next stage of strategy of digital transformation for the purpose of creation of the innovation digital ecosystem in Russia, intends to expand the strategic partnership with "IKS Holding", interacting with Yadro company, the Russian developer and the producer of infrastructure products for the corporate sector.

The companies are going to create the innovation products on the basis of the Dell Technologies platforms. Within partnership of Yadro will release products which will become an infrastructure basis for implementation of digital strategy of Megafon at development of new products for corporate segments of all industries.

Highly competitive hybrid multi-cloud services will allow to create technologies and solutions of Dell Technologies and to provide to our clients complex digital services. In the long term Megafon is going to offer the products created within partnership with Yadro and Dell Technologies companies to the clients — the CEO MegaFon Gevork Vermishyan told.

On the same day, on June 6, announced Yadro and Intel companies technology cooperation. Within cooperation the innovation infrastructure products for the digital platform Megafon will be created. The signatures under the memorandum of intentions delivered the head of "IKS of Holding" and the chairman of the board of directors of Yadro company Anton Cherepennikov, the CEO of PJSC MegaFon Gevork Vermishyan and the vice president and the CEO on sales of solutions of data processing centers of Intel corporation Rose Schooler.

Within the next stage of strategy implementation of digital transformation for the purpose of creation of a digital ecosystem in Russia Megafon together with Yadro company and on the basis of technologies Intel is going to develop and provide to the B2B-clients new infrastructure products, access to which will be organized by means of the digital platform Megafon.

We are glad that Megafon together with Yadro (ICKX Holding) agreed to develop and make new infrastructure solutions on the basis of technologies of Intel for the sphere of a 5G, Internet of Things, cloud computing and end devices that will allow to create services for corporate clients and the state customers on the digital platform of MegaFon. Cooperation with the global technology company will allow us to create an infrastructure basis for strategy implementation MegaFon, – the CEO MegaFon Gevork Vermishyan added.

The Intel corporation intends to give technology support and to act as the expert in the field of creation of solutions for modern data processing centers using components of Intel.
