Iskozh (Lexema)

Lexema-ERP - single complete solution which automates practically all business processes Iskozh JSC: managerial, personnel, accounting, tax, warehouse and production accounting. A part of a system is electronic document management, closely interconnected with Lexema-ERP.

Work of all services of the enterprise in one system creates a number of important advantages: double entry of information is excluded, the reporting is most operational and transparent, discrepancies between management and accounting records are excluded. A system contains the broad spectrum of the management reporting allowing to analyze activity of the enterprise in different cuts.

For acceptance of management decisions heads need operational information about the course of accomplishment of orders and volume schedules of the enterprise.

Information input in a production system directly in places of its emergence online provides the maximum efficiency of data.

2016: Implementation of the module "Production management"

In September, 2016 for optimization of production accounting the decision on implementation of the module "Production management" was made. The following functions were automated:

• Reservation of material for the planned orders
• Formation of a planned daily task for finished product output. Calculation of planned daily tasks for all sections
• Verification of presence of required materials for production of orders at the time of adoption of the order
• Work in progress accounting
• Selective inventory of finished goods, work in progress and materials
• Development of the mechanism of the editing regulations leaving the change history. Analysis of change histories of regulations
• Formation of the request for acquisition of raw materials from production in OMTS
• Formation of the operating plan of sales on the basis of the registered requests from buyers
• Formation of plans for material issue in production
• The plan facts expense analysis of raw materials in production
• The analytical forms allowing to check justification of regulations
• Management of the capital investments
• Calculation of prices for products of own consumption for calculations

About 100 users work at Lexema. The project successfully develops in the new functional directions.

2006: Beginning of automation

In April, 2006 were automated:

• Accounting of the movement of raw materials and materials in supply warehouses
• Accounting of release, sale and remaining balance of finished goods on all productions
• Accounting in trade and public catering.
• Control of motor transport.
• Warehouse and Accounting in the main productions and non-productive departments. Accounting of a WIP in the main productions
• Accounting of sale and remaining balance of finished goods
• Calculations for the advance payments received for finished goods
• Calculation of planned and actual cost
• Calculation of a piece-work pay
• Customer relationship management (CRM)
• Multidimensional data analysis (OLAP)
