In May, 2019 it became known that the automated system of purchases of TsODD of Moscow works "hand in hand" with project management now. As it was reported, one of the main objectives of the Center of the organization of traffic of the Government of Moscow - improvement of traffic conditions of transport on a city street road network. To increase quality of project implementation works on control automation as project activity were carried out to TsODD.

Importance of a problem of interaction with the automated purchase management module was the main feature of system implementation of project management of TsODD. TsODD performs the activity generally due to involvement of contractors therefore purchasing activity differs in the volumes and complexity:

• collection of data on traffic;
• assessment of the existing traffic flows, schemes and the strategy of the organization of traffic;
• modeling of city traffic and passenger flows;
• development of recommendations about increase in efficiency and security of the organization of traffic in Moscow;
• development of parking regulations for application in residential and non-residential areas;
• control of respect for accepted standards and order of the organization of parkings of motor transport;
• determination and implementation of technical policy in questions of maintenance, operation and running repair of technical means of the organization of traffic, etc.

Data on process control of purchases were kept separately until recently, collective work with them was complicated, there were failures and data loss.

In the course of system implementation of project management it was necessary "enter" processes of purchasing activity in a circuit of project management and also automate a large number of handwork: make report forms, automate their collecting, formation and issue including on purchases. Automate work of SUPD with the database.

Were made development and deployment of a project management system on the platform for satisfaction of requirements of TsODD Governments of Moscow PM Foresight with the developed module of process automation of purchasing activity.

The planned works as experts of Proektnaya PRAKTIKA Group were carried out in three steps:

• Normative and procedural and methodical providing future system is developed.
• Design, development and deployment of an information system on the platform PM Foresight with a necessary volume of adaptation are carried out.
• Project management system implementation, including personnel training of TsODD is carried out.

We tried to create for TsODD the most comfortable working conditions including with purchases, automated all reporting and analytics. And, certainly, a system is ground under work with projects. As a result we helped TsODD to arrange, enter transparency, to aggregate data for drawing up reports and management of instructions.
