At all gas stations and Lukoil oil depots electronic document management is implemented

On June 6, 2019 the IRIS company announced end of an important stage of the project on implementation of electronic document management at the enterprises of the Lukoil group which started in 2017.

For June, 2019 a system with participation of specialists of IRIS is implemented at all gas stations and oil depots Lukoil in Russia and works at offices of the enterprises of the company.

Transition to legally significant electronic document management – the modern approach to improvement of business processes solving problems of saving of time and delivery costs, processing and storage of documentation.

The implemented automated multifunction workflow system mentions the relations with buyers and suppliers (Portal of Suppliers application) and provides the organization of processes:

• operational obtaining electronic documents and recognition,
• comprehensive control of providing and document handling,
• formations of analytical reports about the movement and the status of electronic documents.

The functionality of the software permits to add modules and other document types depending on current demands of customers.

The web portal of a system allows to automate approval of sets of electronic documents, signing (including mass) and sending, printing of the visualized copies, tracking of the statuses, the organization of access for users.

The stage is completed, but work is continued: ahead optimization of functionality and implementation of add-on modules, replication of a system on the enterprises where it is not set yet. The direction of development includes also optimization of speed and increase in convenience of work to users, completion of the accounting systems.
