"A101" will save more than 600 million rubles at the expense of "digital doubles" of construction objects

On June 10, 2019 A101 Group (enters into PFG SAFMAR Mikhail Gutseriev) reported that together with the company Sarex – the resident of a cluster of the advanced industrial technologies Skolkovo Foundation – began implementation cloud of the platform of datacentrichny construction project management.

She assumes full control over a broad spectrum of works within construction of buildings of any appointment and complexity, earthwork, including laying of utilities and also improvements of the territory, including with changes of a landscape. Such control can be conducted at all stages of project lifecycle, beginning from preliminary researches before commissioning.

the Actual information on a work progress gathers using laser scanning, given from sensors and aero monitoring. With its help in a cloud "the digital double" of the platform is created. In the same place there is a project and work documentation, estimates, diagrams and information models – the platform is completely integrated with BIM. The data collected from the platform correspond to documentation of an object that allows to control much more effectively correctness and project deadlines and also to confirm the actual amount of works which were executed by the contractor. The data access is possible from any device, besides, they can be exported correctly to other programs and applications which the project team usually uses,

A101 Group calculates that full implementation of the platform in production processes will allow to optimize time and finance costs due to more operational and qualitative analysis of the actual amounts of works, suppression of deviations from the project in the shortest possible time and also operational resource allocation for timely completion of construction even in case of force majeur circumstances.

For June, 2019 only within the current projects economic potential from use of the platform is estimated at the level of more than 600 million rubles a year.

Pilot projects for several months showed already a third of the specified amount. So, at construction of linear objects creation of "the digital double" and data analysis using the platform allowed to estimate within one day amounts of works with an accuracy exceeding indications of normal geodetic tools. Besides, the analysis of scheduling and network diagrams in the platform allowed to control a work progress to within day, and the analysis of the actual digital models of the area and the project documentation in the 3D format allowed to reveal quickly discrepancies and to prevent effects of possible errors, told Oleg Guryev, the director of the department of development of A101 Group

It is going to bring the platform into full operation in July, 2019.
