Verme optimizes work of employees of "the 5th element" in Belarus

On June 11, 2019 Skolkovo Foundation reported that since July 1 all shops the Belarusian of network on sale electronics and home appliances "5 ELEMENT" will begin to use schedule system of working time from the resident Skolkovo of the company VERME. The program calculates individual diagrams of employees on the basis of the analysis of a set data: loudspeakers of a consumer flow, features of demand, location of shops, time of day and wishes of personnel.

Company "5 ELEMENT" completed a pilot project on the implementing solution VERME in three shops. As a result conversion "the visitor – purchase" grew by 4.6%, and labor productivity "scans – hour" increased by 15%. Medium accuracy of the traffic forecast reached 95.1%. "5 ELEMENT" made the decision to scale service on the 58th retail store of network.

In retail it is rather difficult to predict the moments of peak loading and idle time of personnel. Thanks to the solution VERME during a pilot project we saw strong nedopokrytiye of traffic on the days off that led to conversion falling. Really to use the VERME system much more effectively, than to "manually" calculate the need for personnel and to manage working time in constantly changing conditions. Implementation and transition of shops to work with VERME will take 3 months. After that all shops of network "5 ELEMENT" in the automatic mode will calculate the need for personnel to within an hour and also to make the flexible schedule for employees.
