Etton Group will create the electronic territorial circuit of the address with waste of the Kurgan region

On June 11, 2019 the Etton Group company announced the beginning of performance of the government contract on creation "To electronic model of the territorial scheme of handling of industrial and consumption waste, including with solid utility waste, the Kurgan region".

Main objective of creation and implementation of an information system is data visualization of the territorial scheme of the address with waste, optimization and long-term forecasting of processes of the address with waste in the territory of the Kurgan region.

The electronic model will provide carrying out correct logistic calculations and determination of technical and economic parameters of activities of regional operators for treatment of solid utility waste.

The information system will comprise places of collecting, accumulation and processing of waste, unauthorized dumps, zones of activity of regional operators, routes of movement of waste from obrazovatel of waste to polygons and overload stations. Each route will contain information on volumes of the transported waste and capacities of polygons that will allow to calculate optimal transport loading and to predict infrastructure facilities in the region.

The electronic territorial circuit of Etton Group company will become a part of Federal electronic model of the address with waste, including with the solid utility waste (SUW).

A system is developed by request of Department of natural resources and environmental protection of the Kurgan region for execution of specific provisions of the Federal law of December 29, 2014 No. 458-fz "About introduction of amendments to the Federal Law (89-FZ) "About industrial and consumption waste".
