2018: Implementation of an automated system of accounting based on "ERP Upravleniye predpriyatiyem 2"

At the time of the beginning of implementation in Rayevsakhar LLC the application solution "1C: Manufacturing Enterprise Management 8" was used. The company management set the task to pass to the modern accounting system using, for example, cloud computing, an opportunity for work far off from any place in the world and approval of documents via mobile devices.

As an accounting system was the solution "1C:Enterprise 8 is selected . ERP Enterprise management 2". For purchase of the necessary software and execution of works on implementation the decision to address to the Iskra-Klass company entering into Iskra-Pro group was made.

As a result of the carried-out works the following subsystems are automated:

• Sales;
• Purchases;
• Cash management;
• Warehouse;
• Production management without diagram of production;
• Products cost accounting;
• Non-current assets;
• Personnel;
• Salary;
• Regulated accounting.

In May, 2018 the main stage of implementation was completed, the stage purpose — delivery of annual accounting and tax statements in a new information system was reached. In total 30 jobs are automated.

Implementation of the software product "1C:Enterprise 8. Enterprise management 2" allowed ERP:

• It is effective to manage labor resources, due to single reflection of the facts of business activities of the enterprise in the unified information system;
• Make data purification warehouse, accounting and tax accounting;
• Accelerate process of formation of the regulated reporting.

In plans of the customer – continuation of cooperation with Iskra-Pro company regarding maintenance of a system "1C:Enterprise 8. ERP Enterprise management 2" and accomplishment of the next stages of works:

• Start of a budgeting subsystem;
• Optimization of cash management of the company.
