2016: System implementation of production accounting based on 1C: ERP Enterprise Management 2
As the accounting system at the enterprise "1C: Accounting 7.7" and "1C: Payroll and the personnel 7.7" was used. But functionality of this product, on a response of the customer, not fully corresponded to business tasks. Having analyzed the software market and having carried out a preliminary estimate of functionality, the decision on implementation of the 1C: ERP Enterprise Management 2.0 software product was made.
The partner in the project selected AVK-system LLC company.
The choice was caused by the following basic reasons:
- "1C:Enterprise 8. ERP Enterprise management 2.0" in comparison with used at the 1C: Accounting 7.7 enterprise and "1C: Payroll and the personnel 7.7" has more wide functionality.
- This solution is perspective, in view of big plans of the developer for expansion of systems capabilities.
It was necessary to solve the following problems:
- transfer the normative reference information from "1C: Accounting 7.7" and "1C: Payroll and the personnel 7.7"
- transfer opening balances and reference books on production accounting from the 1C: Accounting 7.7 and 1C: Payroll and personnel 7.7 systems
- train users in work in the 1C: ERP Enterprise Management 2 system;
- perform setup of the program according to business processes of the enterprise;
- implement subsystems of management accounting and production planning in the 1C: ERP Enterprise Management 2 system.
As a result of the carried-out project works the following business processes of the enterprise were automated: 1. Production management 2. Cost management and cost accounting 3. Customer relationship management 4. Sales management 5. Purchase management 6. Management of a warehouse 7. Salary and personnel management 8. Treasury 9. Accounting and tax accounting
Process of implementation lasted from 12.2014 to 12.2016. The information system is put into commercial operation 12/25/2016. During the project 50 jobs are automated.
Implementation of an automated system of accounting "1C:Enterprise 8. Enterprise management 2" allowed ERP:
- make data purification of NSI and data of production accounting;
- increase efficiency of services of supply, sale and it is production dispatching department;
- improve customer service quality;
- increase the accuracy of conducting production accounting and calculation of actual cost.
Further development of an accounting system regarding production planning for effective use of resources of the enterprise and accomplishment of the production program and management accounting for the analysis of assessment of a financial result of the company is planned in time.
