On June 13, 2019 insurance the company "Soglasie" announced start of a pilot project on processing of requests from banks through CRM- a system. In all regions of presence of Soglasie of the request of partners, arrived on e-mail insurance company, automatically are registered in a system and go to the contractor for processing. The average time of the reply of insurance company to the request was reduced twice, and the number of the signed insurance contracts grew by 5 times.
