In March, 2019 in Dee Ferro LLC company 113 jobs using the 1C: Document Flow 8 CORP program were automated.

Earlier in Dee Ferro LLC document flow was not automated. All information was stored in spreadsheets, documents mainly in paper form were transferred. Check and data analysis took unfairly a lot of time, errors and doubles met. Reports which were received by heads not always reflected necessary data, it complicated status monitoring of affairs and prevented planning of a strategic position.

The management decided to arrange the workflow system. The Guild of Consultants company which is engaged in development and support of products of 1C Company became the partner in implementation. The project of automation included two priority tasks: process optimization of document handling and streamlining of data storage.

Specialists of Guild of Consultants LLC presented the 1C: Document Flow 8 CORP configuration.

Staff of Guild of Consultants LLC carried out the following works:

  • program installation;
  • setup of access rights of users;
  • integration with other systems;
  • development of document templates;
  • training.

Dee Ferro LLC received the electronic document management system developed according to specifics of activity, requirements and wishes of users. The implemented system solves a number of burning issues:

  • document forms are unified;
  • uniform secure storage location is provided,
  • production planning is automated;
  • mechanisms on delegation and control of completion dates of instructions are configured;
  • templates of standard processes and standards of accomplishment are created,
  • time for search of necessary documents is reduced;
  • risks of loss of information at breakdown of computers and dismissal of individual employees are excluded.

A system is put into commercial operation on March 12, 2019. Information and technology support of the company is conducted: paid support of "1C:ITS" is issued and methodical user support is performed. Further expansion of functionality of the program is planned.

The Following Tasks Were Performed:

  • Consultations on the choice of the software and options of its maintenance
  • Sale of the selected software products
  • Delivery of software products in office of the customer
  • Software installation on the customer's computers
  • Planning of stages of works, drawing up job schedule
  • Creation of interfaces and sets of user rights
  • Integration with other systems based on 1C: Enterprise
  • Initial settings of standard/industry solution (program) to start accounting
  • Input of opening balances / the help when entering opening balances
  • Individual training at office of the customer

  • Time recording
