In October, 2018 the project on implementation 1C: ERP Enterprise Management 2.0 in Fanber company was implemented.
In addition to automation of the main business processes, loading data from BIM- the DvaOblaka.ru portal was implemented (the portal for designing of industrial equipment the Russian of the plants in the field of equipment OVIK). From the DvaOblaka portal in 1C:ERP commercial offers and resource specifications on finished goods and semi-finished products are loaded. If necessary nomenclature positions are created. Automatic providing materials requirements for all production divisions is implemented. The mechanism of intercompany sales is implemented.
Implementation allowed to arrange inventory and production control, to adjust providing materials requirements and semi-finished products, to receive control over real cost value of the made products, to lower labor costs of users on data entry in a system thanks to the implemented data loading from BIM - the DvaOblaka.ru portal.
