In April, 2019 the project on implementation 1C: ERP Enterprise Management 2.0 on PK Slavyanskaya trapeza LLC was implemented.

On a decision instant about project implementation in PC Slavic Meal company applied a system based on the 1C: Enterprise 7.7 platform. For increase in efficiency of planning and control of financial and economic activity there was a need to use more modern management tools. The main objectives of the project became:

  • Improvement of cost accounting of orders.
  • Reduction of time for formation and approval of operating budgets.
  • Grouping of actual data on managerial analysts.
  • Increase in detailing of reports: on workshops, the business directions, products.
  • Gain of control of profitability of business and settlement with customers.

For the solution of assigned tasks the management of PK Slavyanskaya trapeza LLC selected the software product "[[1C: ERP Enterprise Management 2.0|1C Joint Stock Company: Enterprise 8. ERP Enterprise management 2]]". Company the "1C Architect of business" having experience of implementation of ERP systems at manufacturing enterprises became the partner in implementation. Specialists told about program capabilities and advantages of its use, provided training in the block of accounting and treasury. In total 10 jobs were automated.

Key results:

  • The implemented system integrated work of divisions of factory. All information on productive activity of the company is available in electronic form. Employees own up-to-date data, can quickly introduce amendments in plans and in time take measures for warning of non-staff situations. Acceptance and distribution of orders became ordered, the diagram of loading of the equipment – more dense. It was reduced time for conducting tax accounting and preparation of the regulated reporting.
  • It was succeeded to develop standards on expenses of material, labor and financial resources. Accuracy of calculation of actual cost of products increased. A system allows to register quickly the fact of release of goods and to prepare necessary shipment documents. On preparation of expenditure budgets less time leaves.
  • The transparency of an inventory control increased. Employees keep the detailed account of warehouse stocks, control the inventory items (II) on expiration dates, timely reserve necessary products. It positively affects quality of supply of factory with raw materials and materials. Probability of idle time of production workshops is minimized.
  • Heads received the convenient tool on monitoring of a production cycle. They instantly obtain and analyze data on orders, sales, a production status, payments. Can trace project deadlines, control accomplishment of important requests, make decisions on the conclusion of new contracts.
