Matller will increase efficiency of manual work on pipeline production Mosselprom

On June 13, 2019 it became known that Mosselprom (Cherkizovo group) signed the agreement with Matller on start of a pilot project of the solution Morigan.Lean on the pipeline line "calculations and packagings of a shin". The technology is developed by employees Matller based on computer vision and neural networks.

The Cherkizovo group is a producer of meat semi-finished products and meat products in Russia.

The purpose of implementing solution is increase in efficiency of manual work on pipeline production. Morigan.Lean, will provide objective quantitative indices of personal labor productivity that will allow to reach bigger controllability and motivation of employees.

The project startup is an important step of digitalization of the enterprise and the industry in general. Implementation of the innovative technologies allows the company to save the existing leadership in the industry, told R.V. Isichenko, the chief of the department on slaughter and processing of UK "Poultry farming" of the Cherkizovo group

Cooperation with Cherkizovo, is one of the major projects for Matller. The implementing solution Morigan.Lean in Mosselprom on the pipeline line will help to keep account of labor productivity of each employee individually, to motivate personnel and, thereby, to increase labor productivity with already available personnel. Besides, experience of implementation of Morigan.Lean at other enterprises, allowed to reduce three times training term for the employee and achievement of normative indicators, noted E.D. Tetenkin, the managing director Matller[1]
