In December, 2015 the project on implementation 1C: Document Flow 8 CORP on JSC Aviazapchast was implemented.

The different organizations are among regular customers of the company, departments and the companies in 30 countries of the world, steady contractual relations developed with more than 250 enterprises in Russia and the CIS countries. With respect thereto vendor relations of aviation products and with customers are actively improved. More high requirements to study of supply requisitions ATI and provision of services are imposed.

At the time of the address to the contractor of KoderLine all documentation was stored in the company in paper form. Also on paper there took place processes of approval of memos which were stored then at initiators. Scans of documents on primary activity were stored in the general the folder on the server. In general there was no uniform space for storage and document handling that considerably complicated their search in case of need. The total quantity of the documents processed in a year reaches 2 thousand.

With respect thereto the company management set the task of the organization of electronic archive of documents of primary activity. As in the company systems based on 1C were already implemented and to users their interface was usual, for accomplishment of an assigned task the 1C: Document Flow CORP software product as the most suitable on multifunctionality, customizability, an opportunity to work through mobile application was considered.

To the client a system was installed, the qualifier of document types, and structure of categories is developed for convenient classification. Then the structure of the enterprise is configured and basic qualifiers are completed. For electronic archive of documents on primary activity the structure and templates of document types and categories was created.

The Following Functions Were Automated:

  • Document flow (ECM)
  • Office-work
  • Accounting and document storage

As a result of automation in the company order is brought to processes of approval and execution of documents, approval process accelerated, documents began to be lost less, it is possible to find them easily and quickly.
