Ruselectronics delivered Tekleora the second accelerator of electrons for antimicrobic processing of food

On June 18, 2019 the Ruselectronics Holding of State Corporation Rostec announced delivery to the Tekleor center of the second accelerator of electrons for antimicrobic processing of food. The equipment splits DNA of pathogenic microorganisms a flow of the accelerated electrons with energy to 10 MEV. Thanks to processing, the risk of spread of intestinal infections decreases, and the term of safe storage of the cooled fish, meat, berries, fruit and also products, ready to the use, increases on average by 2-3 times.

The accelerator of electrons is key technology unit of the center. The equipment is created by NPP Tory (enters into Ruselectronics) together with Laboratory of electronic accelerators of MSU. The enterprise delivered the first accelerator to the center of antimicrobic processing in the middle of 2017.

Accelerators of NPP Tory are universal and capable to process practically all range of products. The compactness of the equipment allows to build in it technology chains of already operating enterprises of the food industry. Thanks to penetration of a bunch of electrons, products are evenly processed even in packaging - boxes or bags. Capacity of one accelerator is up to 5 tons of products per hour.

Use of the accelerated electrons in the optimal mode set for each product is the most harmless method of preservation in comparison with other methods. Security of products processed by a bunch of the accelerated electrons was repeatedly confirmed with the international commissions and committees, including Scientific committee on food problems, the European agency on security of food and also Management on sanitary inspection behind quality of foodstuff of the USA.

The delivered accelerator will allow to double the power of the first Russian center of antimicrobic processing of products. Antimicrobic processing of food is for us a little-known market niche.
