In February, 2019 the implementation project 1C: Document Flow 8 CORP at "Abinsky Electric steelworks (AEMS)" is implemented.

With increase in number of employees, the number of the divisions and processes proceeding at the enterprise it became more difficult to control the processes proceeding on a prepriyatiya. Main objectives of implementation of Document flow were:

  • Organization of a common information space;
  • Decrease in number of paper documents, reducing costs of account

materials;

  • Increase in level of performing discipline;
  • Optimization of working time of employees.

At Abinsky electric steelworks configurations on the 1C: Enterprise platform were already applied. However the choice of the 1C: Document Flow program in product quality of automation of office-work and interaction was made not only for this reason. Presence of specialists for support, price range, broad spectrum of functions - everything said that more suitable product, than 1C: Document Flow not to find. A choice of the partner for implementation was made for benefit of Portal-Yug company.

For solving of tasks and satisfaction of needs of the customer the following works were offered and implemented. By a methodical part:

  • the changed scheme of work with the entering and outgoing documents;
  • access rights of users in the 1C: Document Flow program are differentiated;
  • regulations on work with the internal, entering and outgoing documents are developed.

By a technology part:

  • the standard configuration "1C: Document Flow" regarding work with internal documents, autosubstitutions, settings of access rights is finished;
  • complex business processing of internal documents is configured;
  • additional reports for job analysis of users are created;
  • rules of autocompletion of internal documents are developed and configured;
  • integration with "1C is configured : Enterprise management 2"
  • integration with a personal account of Russian Post via the API interface is configured.

As a result of implementation work with documents (processing, registration, storage), work with processes and tasks was completely automated. Functions were automated:

  • Office-work.
  • Reporting.
  • Differentiation of access rights.
  • Work with processes and tasks.
  • Work with files.

A system is put into commercial operation. Other blocks for automation and scaling of already started blocks are planned.

The Following Tasks Were Performed:

  • Consultations on the choice of the software and options of its maintenance
  • Collecting and requirement analysis of the customer to an automated system
  • Planning of stages of works, drawing up job schedule
  • Methodical ensuring specific features of accounting and management in the automation system (the requirement to adaptation)
  • Creation of interfaces and sets of user rights
  • Connection of the specialized equipment (for example, retail store equipment)
  • Integration with other systems based on 1C: Enterprise
  • Integration into third-party automation systems
  • Initial settings of standard/industry solution (program) to start accounting
  • Input of opening balances / the help when entering opening balances
  • Data transfer from the previous automation systems
  • Individual training at office of the customer
  • Training in group at office of the customer
