On June 24, 2019 ITERBI reported that Atos, and the SPLA-Microsoft partner, with the extensive customer base, provides to clients services in the field of information technologies.
Microsoft Services Provider License Agreement (SPLA) is the program of licensing for provision of services and services on the platform of the software Microsoft with Pay-as-you-go payment, without initial costs, with an opportunity to use the latests version of a licensed software of Microsoft.
For guaranteeing the high level of reliability of deliverable company services of Atos it was required to estimate risks of use of software of Microsoft when rendering services and to receive recommendations about their elimination. Atos decided to carry out the SAM for Hosting project within the affiliate program of Microsoft SAM Services with involvement of ITERBI company.
Examination was conducted on infrastructure of Atos company. During the project consultants of ITERBI inspected more than 100 physical and virtual servers. On the basis of the acquired information, experts of ITERBI prepared recommendations about optimization of distribution of loadings on hosts and to purpose of licenses.
The implemented project allowed us to carry out updating of the available equipment, to define the spheres of infrastructure requiring additional attention. The recommendations of consultants of ITERBI helped with drawing up the effective scheme of virtualization for expense optimization on the license. According to the results of the project consultants of ITERBI made detailed recommendations about improvement of internal processes of control of monthly accounting of license use of the software.

Experts of ITERBI recommend to implement the automated means of inventory of the software which receives, reduces and creates basic reports about quantity and types of the corporate software Microsoft set on Windows Server in a data processing center.
