2019: Implementation of 1C: ERP Enterprise Management 2

The 1C: Enterprise system applied in TFM-Spetstekhnika LLC consists of the advanced technology platform and application solutions developed on its basis for control automation and accounting at the enterprises of the different industries and types of activity. Therefore for achievement of the objects set in the company on creation of a convenient information system in use the software product also on the 1C: Enterprise platform"1C: ERP Enterprise Management 2" and also the joint solution "1C: Motor Vehicle Management was selected . The module for 1C:ERP", developed especially for integration with the products containing the ERP Enterprise management 2 configuration in the unified information system for the purpose of expansion of its functionality regarding automation of managerial and operational accounting in the motor transportation enterprises and the organizations.

The decision to implement the software with involvement of specialists of Soft-Info LLC, (which is an official partner of 1C Company) with active participation of specialists of TFM-Spetstekhnika company was made.

Ultimate goals of implementation of the 1C: ERP Enterprise Management 2 program the company management saw:

  • 1) Ensuring transparency of process of formation of data on activity of the enterprise for an opportunity to quickly make management decisions;
  • 2) Increase in efficiency of daily work of employees;
  • 3) Ensuring convenience and simplicity of work of users of the program.

On implementation project deliverables "1C: ERP Enterprise Management 2" such subsystems of a product as purchases, non-current assets, the personnel, the salary, regulated accounting and also industry opportunities of the joint solution were automated.

According to the results of the project the following functions are automated:

  • Personnel management and personnel records (HRM)
    • Personnel records
    • Payroll calculation
    • The regulated reporting

  • Sales management, logistics and transport (SFM WMS TMS)

    • Scheduling of cargo transportation
    • Planning of a consumption of fuel and lubricants
    • Accounting of the rolling stock
    • Accounting of own transport

  • Finance, management accounting, monitoring of indicators

    • Accounting is accounting, tax, budget, including the regulated reporting
