Before implementation at the enterprise there were no mechanisms for conducting management accounting in required analytical cuts, there was no number of the regulated forms of accounting and tax statements because of what some types of the reporting had to be created manually.

The information system which was used at the enterprise not fully provided needs of the client. The management made the decision on implementation of a modern information system for optimization of maintaining production and accounting.

For the purpose of project implementation the company purchased the software product "1C:Enterprise 8. ERP Enterprise management 2" as was necessary the program of a possibility of which allowed to have the end-to-end information system for conducting accounting, tax, production, operational and management accounting which is completely reflecting all processes of the company, most automating work of users.

For implementing solution the company " was selected by 1C: The first BIT" which has extensive experience of implementation of similar projects and has enough highly qualified specialists in automation of manufacturing enterprises.

The following subsystems are brought into operation:

  • Accounting
  • Tax accounting
  • Payroll calculation and personnel records
  • Sales management
  • Purchase management.

Quantity of the automated jobs: 1.

As a result the enterprise received the end-to-end managerial system which integrated management of key business processes in a common information space. It allowed to organize and regulate interaction of divisions concerning providing information. Labor productivity of the employees working in the program increased. The efficiency of activity of the enterprise in general increased.

  • Sales management, logistics and transport (SFM WMS TMS)

    • Settlement with buyers
    • Order placement of buyers
    • Sales planning
    • Pricing, price lists

  • Finance, management accounting, monitoring of indicators

    • Monitoring and analysis of key indicators of activity of the enterprise
    • Accounting is accounting, tax, budget, including the regulated reporting
