2019: Optimization of management using the 1C: ERP 2 system

To the project on four ports Global Ports different combinations of software products for business process automation were used. Among them there were systems developed by specialists of the company, billing solutions, for some tasks the Microsoft Excel software product was used.

Difficulties in integration of solutions among themselves and creation of a common information space were a consequence of separation of infrastructure. All this affected efficiency and resulted in difficulties of accounting. To correct a situation, specialists of The First Beat company were involved. The project team had all necessary competences for project implementation of similar scale.

The following circuits were automated: NSI, MRO, purchases, personnel and personnel management, budgeting and treasury, accounting and tax accounting, IFRS.

Sales departments, HR, financial use opportunities of systems that more allowed the client:

  • More, than twice to increase the speed of the procedure of preparation of the international reporting, documents for transactions and instant reflection in the system of information on payments in real time;
  • Increase consumer loyalty of the company thanks to reduction of errors because of a human factor more, than by 20%.
