2019: The announcement of the device for healing of wounds based on the device "Plazon"

On June 24, 2019 it became known that scientists and doctors of the Sechenovsky university together with representatives of MSTU of N.E. Bauman developed the device for healing of wounds on the basis of the modified plasmochemical device "Plazon". The device generating a cold gas flow which contains nitrogen oxide (NO) for June, 2019 undergoes experimental approbation and will be implemented in clinical practice.

As it was reported, therapy of wounds and inflammatory diseases using NO - the containing gas flows (NO-SGP) proved the efficiency in long-term clinical practice. NO participates in intercellular communication and signal transmission in separate cages and is the universal regulator of many physiological and pathological processes in an organism. NO develop internal cages of vessels (endoteliya), nervous cages and inflammatory cages. He participates in regulation of a tone of vessels and has anti-inflammatory and regenerative properties.

The Plazon device generating NO created by the Russian scientists and used in clinical practice became long ago the predecessor of this device. On the basis of the experimental and clinical data obtained at the Sechenovsky University and then and in other medical institutions in Russia the concept of NO-THERAPY was also abroad developed. The device perfectly proved in treatment of surgical diseases, in particular, of purulent wounds of soft fabrics, burns, pyoinflammatory processes, trophic and diabetic ulcers (diabetic foot), recovery after surgical intervention at oncological diseases, in otolaryngology, ophthalmology and gynecology.

The flow of NO - the containing gas produced by the device "Plazon" has the restrictions connected with its increased temperature. Therefore developers of the first version of the device continued to work on its upgrade. For further improvement of the equipment it was necessary to create the gas flow containing NO with the characteristics close to parameters NO-SGP of the device "Plazon" but having ambient temperature. Such modification excludes risk of thermal damage at NO-THERAPY in internal cavities of an organism at treatment of peritonitis, purulent pleurisy, deep wounds and other pyoinflammatory processes, burns and ulcers of a cornea and so forth.
