Advanta created a project management system for Pharmtek

In June, 2019 the project on creation of a project management system and actions of Pharmtek pharmaceutical company is implemented.

Projects of PHARMTEK company on creation of products are characterized by high degree of complexity, long lifecycle (on average, within a year) and for implementations. The aspiration of the management to standardize processes of production of medicines and to quicker bring product lines to the market, led to the decision on implementation of a single system of project management of ADVANTA.

• Implementation of the uniform tool for control of projects and actions of the company
• Reduction of terms of collection of information and automation of the reporting under projects
• Decrease in terms of approval of the project documentation

We work at the highly competitive market, and our task – to save leadership in those segments where we traditionally take strong positions (antifungal means, emolenta, cosmetics for elimination of the coarsened skin) and to offer our medicines to users. For this purpose we needed a convenient control system of stages of development of projects of the company which would allow to trace more accurately terms of accomplishment of tasks, work of responsible persons, final results. Our choice fell on the ADVANTA system for several reasons: detailed consultations from an implementation team, ample opportunities and the flexible interface, a comfortable grade level and system implementations in work of employees, told Vladislav Shtelts, the director of business development of "FARMTEK"

Results

• Forms of automatic collecting of the reporting and key project reports, to tasks, actions are configured.
• The directions for storage of the project documentation are created.
• The module for accounting of loading of employees is configured.
• Visualization of the deviations and problems arising in the project progress is made.
• A unified communication environment for all project participants is created, templates of approvals and the reporting under discussions are configured.
• Training of the analyst in administration of a system is provided.

A system gradually becomes a uniform corporate portal for all project participants of our company. Many of them estimated its convenience in respect of maintaining tasks (and delivered by the head), an opportunity to hold discussions and to start approvals. ADVANTA allows to control accomplishment of tasks both within corporate projects, and within the projects which are independently initiated by employees. It gives the chance to work comfortably with documents, to store them, allows to receive quickly reports on necessary requests, to control resources, to predict possible risks and deviations from plans, noted Vladislav Shtelts, the director of business development of "FARMTEK"

I consider the project successful as all tasks set for implementation were carried out. Reaction of company management to a system and the set-up solution positive, especially was pleasant customizability of a system and maintaining archive of documentation in one place with a possibility of remote access.
