On June 25, 2019 Airbnb started service of lease of ultraexpensive housing — Airbnb Luxe. Users had an opportunity to armor the exclusive real estate, including country houses,  medieval  castles and even private islands.

The personal manager will help to organize rest: he will plan necessary trips, will reserve a table at restaurant, etc. The range of services within Airbnb Luxe also includes a transfer from the airport, personal acceptance and personnel, for example the personal chef or the massage therapist.

Airbnb started service of lease of locks and islands of Airbnb Luxe

Most of all options of the bonus housing available in Airbnb Luxe, by June 25, 2019 are located near the Caribbean islands. Then there are Latin America, Asia and Australia. In the USA six directions (Hawaii, Los Angeles, Palm Springs, Park-City, the State of Utah and ski resort Vayl), in Europe – — five are available (London, the Italian regions Apulia, Sicily and Tuscany, the Swiss Alps). There is no Russia in service.

In total over 2 thousand exclusive objects for armoring are provided to Airbnb Luxe for launch. The average price of lease is $14 thousand a week. The most expensive option is offered for $1 million — the private atoll near Tahiti which consists of 21 bungalows in which service 50 employees are engaged.

Many houses provided in service belong to billionaires, stars and the richest families,   Bloomberg with reference to the director of the strategy of Airbnb Nick Guezen reports. Identify the owner it will not turn out: Airbnb promises to remove all objects "issuing" them, and to personnel recommend not to reveal the identity of owners and guests.[1]
