2019: Representation of a hardware and software system of the automated accounting of control of traffic in weapons and ammunition

On June 25, 2019 the Avtomatika concern provided to State Corporation Rostec a hardware and software system of the automated accounting of control of traffic in weapons and ammunition. The complex allows to create and fill up the structured distributed databases of weapon, electronic copies of bullets and sleeves as control shot at the enterprises by production of weapon and withdrawn from places of incidents. The solution is completely domestic development allowing to automate process of disclosure and investigation of crimes.

The complex consists of the special scanning device allowing to receive digital copies of the shot bullets and sleeves and also a microrelief of the marks left on them by weapon; software import substitution to operating systems the family which is let out under requirements and completely answering Astra Linux and also intellectual algorithm autoidentifications - capabilities of a complex to automatically determine bullets and sleeves which were released from one sample of weapon.

Important characteristic of a complex is an opportunity in the course of registration and tracking of lifecycle of weapon to consider not only usual text information (such as serial number of weapon), but also digital information on a microprofile of the marks of weapon left on a surface of bullets and sleeves at a shot. Thus, the complex creates all completeness of information of rather accounting sample of weapon, integrating fixing of material individual signs of each specific copy of weapon and installation data about it. This complex repeatedly reduces the terms necessary for investigation of crimes and offenses using fire small arms.

The complex is developed by the enterprises of Avtomatika Concern of State Corporation Rostec with the participation of an industrial cluster of producers of means of electronic ADP equipment of St. Petersburg. At this stage it undergoes the procedure of the state tests, and serial production is planned at capacities of Avtomatika Concern.

Except accounting of control of traffic in weapons and ammunition in functionality of the software the deep specialized expert and criminalistic tools allowing to execute all complex of ballistic examinations and researches are put.
