2019: Description of opportunities of Delans

According to information for July, 2019 the product Delans is implemented based on "1C: Our Enterprise Management 8", edition 1.6.

In the program all processing of requests for delivery, constructions of optimal routes and runs of delivery by the motor transport is implemented and automated. Thanks to software integration and mobile application couriers obtain the complete information about a route and requests, and the manager — a possibility of monitoring of movements and deliveries online and by the plan/fact.

The main objective of Delans — to reduce influence of a human factor and to increase efficiency of the goods delivery and services, having facilitated labor-intensive process of acceptance and distribution of orders to couriers and also to optimize maintenance costs of the park of vehicles and couriers.

Delivery addresses are displayed by markers on the card, dynamic or permanent geographical zones are created, optimal delivery routes are under construction, fast data transmission on mobile devices of couriers is executed.

Accounting of income and expenses on transportations, payments for delivery is carried out, delivery on customers and settlement with partners is analyzed. The report on load of couriers and vehicles, on a financial result is formed.

It has the easy interface and big functionality. The application allows to control location of the courier and a status of sending using photoreports. It is also possible to keep the financial statement, to write all monetary receiving. Using the application the courier can quickly contact the manager of the company, the manager who made out the order and also to look at the address of a warehouse to which it is assigned. The courier receives convenient viewing the plans, he can quickly give to orders the status and close a working shift. The application allows to configure zones for work of couriers and to lay a route to the client.

Allows to carry out automatically calculation of delivery cost, proceeding from the following parameters:

• 2. load weight interval;
• 3. delivery time;
