On July 1, 2019 the GENDALF company announced implementation of electronic archive of documents in Soyuzpak LLC.
According to the company, scales of production and trade for accounting of Soyuzpak are reflected in a big flow of documents. Only in their month there can be about 5-6 thousand. It is difficult to store and control such quantity on paper carriers that affected before preparation for any checks of regulatory authorities. Depending on the volume of the necessary documents, specialists spent for it from several hours to several days. To solve the faced difficulties, the chief accountant decided to install the Scan Archive program. It is development of GENDALF company for control of accounting and existence of primary documentation at the enterprise using uniform electronic archive. Such archive allows accountants to get access to documents at any time.
Installation and implementation of the program cardinally changed a situation in Soyuzpak: for July, 2019 to control document flow it became easier and nearly 20 times faster. Preparation for checks takes at most 1.5 hours now, and can carry out it by any of accountants alone, without costs of working time of other employees. It not only simplifies work of all accounting where 23 persons work, but also increases labor productivity. Thanking "Scan Archive" accountants solved a leaving problem from paper carriers. Besides, together with specialists of GENDALF the program was revised under specifics of the enterprise – added features for address document storage and tracking of debts according to "supporting documents".
For July, 2019 about 70% of the current document flow of the company already transferred to "Scan Archive". 2 persons work on transfer process, but are going to accelerate it and for this purpose to purchase the license for one more workplace.
