Cashwagon implemented the DirectumRX ECM system at offices in Russia and Singapore

On July 2, 2019 the Directum company reported that the ECM system for review of agreements and requests for payment was implemented at offices of Cashwagon company in Russia and Singapore. Employees noted systems capabilities for increase in transparency and process optimization of approval, work on development of a system is actively conducted and plans for connection of other operational offices to DirectumRX use are discussed.

The Cashwagon company interacts with a large number of clients and daily signs a set of agreements. Implementation of DirectumRX allowed the staff of Cashwagon to arrange procedures of work with agreements and requests and to make process more effective:

• All documents will be approved according to regulations. Process became more controlled, in a system it is easy to trace each stage.
• Agreements and requests for payment are stored in registers, they can be filtered and unloaded in different cuts: by date, the partner, a status and other parameters.
• The amounts of agreements are automatically recalculated from local currency in dollars. Up-to-date information at the rate of dollar is loaded in a system from the website Openexchange.org.
• Requests for payment quickly form and for convenience become attached to the agreement — at approval responsible have the comprehensive information according to the transaction;
• In a card of the agreement all bank accounts are available, the necessary account can be selected from the drop-down list. All information on accounts is ordered stored in a system.

Training of staff of Cashwagon in work in DirectumRX took place in a format of webinars with elements of practical tasks.

As of July, 2019 all in DirectumRX 43 users work. A system is completely translated into English.

According to the results of implementation the performing discipline and transparency of work increased: the management can control loading of employees using automatically created reports. At approval of agreements and payments tough terms are fixed and each process step is traced.

For July, 2019 the Cashwagon company is going to begin use of other opportunities of DirectumRX, to configure integration with the accounting system and also to replicate an ECM system on other offices.
