Charges of harassment and sex without obligations

Charges of pimping

At the beginning of July, 2019 it became known of the charges brought by the ex-wife Andy Rubin Rhee Hirabara Rubin (Rie Hirabaru Rubin). She claims that her ex-spouse was engaged in pimping. The lawyer of the creator of Android called these statements "false".

The BuzzFeed News portal published the open complaint of Rhee Hirabara Rubin to Andy Rubin. According to her, a certain girl who is called by M "agreed to perform different operations of sexual nature with men" and to film them with the camera" that "satisfy Rubin and other men". Besides, she allegedly had sex with Andy Rubin "without video filming".

Also Rubin claims that her ex-husband even before the leaving  Google  opened the bank account from which sent to these women hundreds of thousands of dollars. The businessman used the same account for concealment of income from the wife.

Rhee Hirabara Rubin filed a lawsuit against the ex-husband in attempt to cancel the marriage agreement at which accomplishment Andy could hide several assets, including means from sales of a startup of Danger of Microsoft corporation in 2008.

In the document it is said that Andy Rubin's fortune at the time of marriage was estimated in $10.3 million, and to the middle of the 2019th it increased to $350 million.

The main point of the complaint is charge of the creator of Android that Rubin deceived the spouse, having forced it to sign the marriage agreement some days before their wedding while she was pregnant with their child. At the same time he held back that the lawyer who made the agreement represented it at the previous divorce. Thus, there was a conflict of interest which is a precedent for recognition of the agreement invalid, Rhee Rubin in the complaint claims.

Andy Rubin's lawyers consider these charges as daily divorce proceedings, and call a dispute "a routine case in which the wife who afterwards regretted about contraction of marriage participates".^[1]
