In March, 2019 in Inpk Security company the implementation project 1C: ERP Enterprise Management 2.0 was implemented.

Implementation was caused by lack of a common information space, separation of automation systems, a significant amount of manual work during the work with primary documentation, impossibility of the operational analysis of activity of the company.

The following tasks of automation were set:

  • consolidation of separate bases in the unified information system
  • reduction of manual work on processing and the statement of primary documentation
  • ordering of interactions with new clients (CRM system)
  • automation of interaction between different departments, coordination of work of services of the company
  • acceleration of acceptance of management decisions thanks to availability of operational financial statements

For the solution of assigned tasks it was decided to use program providing the class ERP.

The Following Tasks Were Performed:

  • Consultations on the choice of the software and options of its maintenance
  • Software installation on the customer's computers
  • Collecting and requirement analysis of the customer to an automated system
  • Planning of stages of works, drawing up job schedule
  • Methodical ensuring specific features of accounting and management in the automation system (the requirement to adaptation)
  • Creation of interfaces and sets of user rights
  • Technical implementation of specific features of accounting and management in the automation system (adaptation)
  • Connection of the specialized equipment (for example, retail store equipment)
  • Integration with other systems based on 1C: Enterprise
  • Integration into third-party automation systems
  • Initial settings of standard/industry solution (program) to start accounting
  • Input of opening balances / the help when entering opening balances
  • Data transfer from the previous automation systems
  • Individual training at office of the customer
  • Training in group at office of the customer
  • Distance learning of users
  • Installation and setup servers DBMS
  • Installation and setup system and network software
  • Installation and setup of servers, workstations and peripheral equipment

As a result of the carried-out works the following subsystems 1C ERP were implemented

  • Financial result and controlling

The plans of further development of a system are integration by the developed CRM with the systems of console protection Andromeda and Mirage.

For June, 2019 about 100 jobs from which the number of at the same time working users reaches 50 people are automated. In plans increase in users of an information system at the expense of workers of the panel of the central observation after integration 1C ERP with the systems of console protection.
