In April, 2019 in Severstal Stalnye Resheniya company the project on implementation 1C: ERP Enterprise Management 2.0 was implemented.
When choosing a system the completeness of functionality and acceptable implementation cost and also availability and reliability of further support of a system in current status at change of the legislation and business processes of the enterprise were the main criteria.
In the implementation project progress within regulated accounting the following works were performed:
- Collecting and requirement analysis of the customer to an automated system;
- Delivery of software products;
- Completion of the standard solution regarding BNU with adding new and expansion of the existing functions;
- Setup of the program to start accounting;
- Transfer of opening balances of NSI from the previous automation system;
- Integration with electronic document management system Diadoc;
- Unloading of the consolidated statements in the file of the Excel format;
- Development of instructions of users;
- User training.
System implementation allowed to increase transparency of accounting, to reduce labor input of formation of primary documents, to reduce terms of preparation and to increase quality of the regulated reporting.
