Purpose of implementation of Bpium:

• Bring order to vehicle fleet leasing cars and in relationship with tenants, remove the causes of a lost profit, control a status of machines.
• Construct effective processes and communications in the company.
• Collect data for the subsequent analysis.
• Automate routine transactions, cash services of drivers, works with penalties of traffic police, storage of documents, the book of problems.

Prerequisites of the Project:

• absence of uniform Info-Space,
• problem with tracking of a status of the park,
• limitation of growth of vehicle fleet and impossibility of presence in other regions,
• problems with control of employees and their performance,
• impossibility to conform to constantly growing customer requirements.

The tasks solved using Bpium: process management of the company, financial accounting, reporting, document storage, sales.

Term of start of a system: few weeks. The customer at the same time constantly optimizes processes with Bpium.

Effects of implementation:

• Employees productivity increased by 50-70%;
