MaxPro (Makspro) (Bpium Designer of corporate systems)

• Start date of work in Bpium — on August 9, 2018;
• The used version of the platform — Bpium Enterprise;
• Departments — sales, accounting, technical support, installation, purchases, a warehouse work;
• The purpose of implementation of Bpium — consolidation of all activities of all departments in a single system.

Prerequisites of the Project: lack of opportunities in other systems (lack of complete customization). In 8 years the MaxPro customer company used and tested 10 systems in one of which it was not achieved results.

On a response of the customer, in Bpium the company solves all problems (in specially developed configuration).

Term of start of a system: process was broken into stages. Key stages in a month (service, telephony, tasks, clients), accounting (accounting of agreements, accounts, in two-three months). Process goes further.

MaxPro is going to develop the Bpium platform towards management accounting in the sphere.

I do not see minuses [in Bpium, a comment of TAdviser] (except for purely design nuances and the same format of catalog structure, but it is rather a plus, than minus as in other systems we saw a lot of beauty, it is new a result they were confused, or narrowly targeted, for example, on sales department in the majority). The price/quality within 1 million for us is excellent result. We received the worst part on other systems for the bigger money. We consider only box versions, unsigned — for us it is critical in principle, but not the price. As a result such system can cost much cheaper, you should not pass it anyway — Maxim Solovyov, the CEO said.
