On a response of the representative of CarPrice company, as of November, 2018 Bpium covers 100% of requirements of CarPrice, and expansion of opportunities is not planned yet.
Bpium is very flexible system in respect of creation of business processes and integration with third-party services. There are use options as SaaS, and in the "boxed" version. Specialists of Bpium helped us upon transition from SaaS - in the Enterprise-solution — the head on development of technologies and the analysis Andrey Dzyuba noted. |

Purpose of implementation of Bpium:
- a) an institution and control of the solution of claims on a company performance from all available sources (calls, a chat, letters);
- b) control and assessment of a talk of operators. Creation of rating of operators on the basis of assessment of a talk.
Prerequisites of the Project: need to control quality of providing customer service.
According to the results of the project in Bpium work of claim department and quality control department is carried out.
The project is implemented in 3 weeks.
After implementation of CarPrice received tools for control of customer service which allowed to optimize significantly processes in the company and also to conduct careful control over their accomplishment. On a response of the representative of customer company, expectations are completely satisfied after implementation of this solution.
