NBKI: Request processing of the customer in a databank of FSSP of Russia

National Bureau of Credit Histories (NBKI) announced on May 22, 2019 implementation FSSP Russia of "Request Processing of the Customer in a Databank" service. Thanks to connection to this service creditors have an opportunity to check quickly the individuals which addressed for retail credit products, regarding existence in their relation of enforcement proceedings. Thus, access to FSSP of Russia base using NBKI allows banks to check borrowers at a stage of the provisional solution, before receiving consent to a request credit report.

Connection to service of NBKI provides to creditors access to detailed information on enforcement proceeding concerning the borrower, including number and date of its excitation. Work with base also gives the chance to learn details of the executive document, to find out the amount of an outstanding debt, to determine coordinates of division of FSSP and the court bailiff and also date and the basis of completion of enforcement proceeding.

The service offered NBKI facilitates to creditors process of collecting of necessary information on debtors — the marketing director of NBKI Alexey Volkov told. — At the same time access to base of enforcement proceedings of FSSP on traditional channels of interaction from NBKI allows banks to obtain reliable information to assessment risk profile of the borrower, optimizing thereby decision making process about issuance of credit. In addition, advantages of this service are the minimum costs for automation, operational processing of large volume of requests and convenience of integration into banking systems.
