2019: Implementation of a bot assistant for the selling managers
On July 9, 2019 announced AlphaInsurance Life implementation of the innovation roboassistant and the system of online training and testing of knowledge for the selling managers of the partner companies.
The innovation bot assistant works 24/7. The virtual interlocutor announces the status of agreements of clients and the course of consideration of insurance affairs, shares the document list, necessary for execution of the notification on an insurance event. Less than in a month since launch the chat-bot helped 534 managers, having deserved positive assessment 80% from them.
In addition, according to standards of the Central Bank of Russian Federation and All-Russian union of insurers, the company automatic service of online training and testing of knowledge of the selling managers was also implemented. By a remote method it allows to explain quickly to feature of products investment, accumulative and credit life insurance.
In January start of the chat-bot for our clients took place. Implementation for the selling managers of the clever assistant who already managed to deserve an appreciation of users became logical continuation.
