2020: Revision of AIS MPSC Case

On May 15, 2020, the Electronic Office Systems company announced that, together with the Ulyanovsk Region, the AIS DELO MPSC information system used in the region was finalized in a short time. The improvements made it possible to automate the collection and sending of information that the regions should send to the Federal State Institute for Economic Development of the Russian Federation through the system of interdepartmental electronic interaction (SMEV 3).

On April 29, 2020, in the productive environment of SMEV 3.0, the type of information "Reception of primary facts in IS MDM" version 1.1.2 was registered, providing the collection of primary operational data on the provision of state and municipal services on the basis of the MPSC. The recipient of this type of information is the Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation, and the tool for collecting and processing it is the FSIS MDM.

After improvements completed in the shortest possible time with the help of EOS specialists, the Ulyanovsk Region, together with the Ministry of Economic Development, tested interaction with a new type of information and transferred the data to the FSIS MDM in the productive environment of SMEV 3 according to the updated data model. Now the region can automatically collect and transmit data on various aspects of the MPSC activities, which will ensure increased quality control of the provision of state and municipal services in the region.

With the help of the AIS MPSC DELO, more than 30 indicators on the activities of the MPSC were collected earlier, which provided monitoring at the regional level. Now the necessary data will be transferred to the federal level, which will lead to increased transparency in the provision of services.

Now integration with external systems is prescribed in advance - that is, an integrated approach.

Trend - a changed approach in the formation of requirements for technical assignments for the implementation of the AIS MPSC. Each project now includes integration with external systems. If earlier the MPSC chose a system, and later developed it by adding various integrations, now all integration requirements are originally prescribed in the tender documentation, i.e. this is the necessary gentleman's set.

MPSC Ulyanovsk region. With a serious modification of the system for the MPSC, significant attention was paid to integration points at the regional level, as a result of which the region receives not only the system itself for the MPSC, but in fact a single digital space at the regional level.
