Moscow will buy devices ultrasonography for cardiodiagnostics for 1 billion rubles

On July 9, 2019 it became known that the Moscow Department for Competition Policy carried out public representation of purchases of the ultrasonography devices of an expert class for carrying out researches of heart and vessels. The city selected 972.1 million rubles for purchase and installation of 123 devices — such is the cumulative starting price of two announced contracts.

Each device should cost to the city budget at most 7.9 million rubles. Supplies of equipment expect 38 Moscow medical institutions. According to the deputy administrator of the Moscow Department of Healthcare Yulia Antipova, such devices are available generally in hospitals, purchase is focused on primary link, and the technical specifications are created so that the equipment of three producers could be supplied.

Judging by the presentation, it is about GE Healthcare, Philips and Siemens Healthineers. Among potential bidders the companies of Gia Healthcare, Philips, "Are listed to Siemens health care", "Medkontsept" and the traditional supplier of DZM "Pharmadis".

The representative of the St. Petersburg producer of the medical equipment Electron took an interest why Moscow requests the equipment only of import producers whereas domestic release ultrasonic devices of an expert class too. The department was guided by technical characteristics, it is not about universal, and about echocardiographic devices, Antipova answered.

The deadline for submission of bids is prolonged from July 15 to July 25 to take into account possible comments, she explained. The auction is appointed to July 29.

In June, 2019 devices ultrasonography were included into the Third wheel list.

Also Moscow looks for system provider of intraoperative visualization. The tender is announced at the starting price of 70.4 million rubles. It is necessary to patients of the Center for rendering the surgical help to patients with degenerative diseases and a sharp spine injury of GKB No. 67 of L.A. Vorokhobov. The device of production of the American company Medtronic is bought, follows from the presentation. Besides, the hospital buys three operational microscopes at the maximum cumulative price of 75.1 million rubles^[1].
