On Bpium the management system for Taksium vehicle fleet is constructed. The solution is intended for vehicle fleets leasing cars to taxi drivers: it is possible to bring order to relationship with tenants, to remove the causes of a lost profit and to control a status of machines. We came to the industry in 2012 when began to implement the dispatching Taksi-Master program in taxi services of Tomsk and Barnaul. We had a desire to create a system which will help business to squeeze out a maximum of vehicle fleet. Through Facebook learned about the platform designer of Bpium. Tried the free license in a cloud. The first reaction when you see on the monitor an empty field without any structure, quite strange, but it allowed to implement our intention. Approximately in a month we created all directories and reference books for data, created reports on key indicators. Then got acquainted and became partners with creators of the platform. Over the name thought not for long: if the platform of Bpium, then let a product is Taksium — Roman Rubtsov, the Taksium project manager told.

The initial structure was in the form of the waybill which is received by taxi drivers. On reaction of pilot clients it became clear that we were mistaken. The waybill in the industry is perceived only as the accompanying document in which accounting is engaged. Nobody will pay for its electronic version. If we wrote a system from scratch, for processing of structure would leave weeks, but on the platform designer several days were enough — Roman Rubtsov continued.

Point of control and the gateway through which there pass the main business processes in Taksium made the moment of issue of the car to the driver. Called the operation period the word "change", clear for taxi drivers. The owner can independently configure change duration — for day, on 12 or 8 hours — as it is more convenient to him. In preset time a system automatically creates change then the manager should record a status of all machines.
