On July 10, 2019 the Directum company reported that Elitan Trade transfers 10,000 clients to electronic document management in Synerdocs.

According to the company, advantage of the distributor – high-speed logistics. For July, 2019 goods are completed to the day, delivery across Russia takes up to 2 days. To accelerate work with buyers enterprises and to reduce labor costs on both sides, Elitan Trade decided to pass to electronic document management.

Millions of accountants and the whole country managers spend hours for work with paper – print, put down signs and seals, sort and place them on archive cabinets. Time for process optimization came. An example – large retail chain stores which passed with partners to 100% electronic document management for a long time. Paper delivery notes and invoices do not accept there in principle – in the highly effective companies there is even no "office plankton" who would sort these pieces of paper.

Instead of the invoice, the consignment note and the act in Elitan Trade use one electronic universal transfer document now. Exchange of the company with partners takes place in Synerdocs service. It is possible to sign documents online using the electronic signature which is applied by all companies at delivery of tax statements.

In the first day when Elitan Trade was connected to service, passed 18 buyers to e-document flow. In the near future their quantity will reach 10,000 – so many companies annually purchase electronic components at the distributor.

For the organizations which will continue to use paper invoices and consignment notes the supplier entered the mezzanine board. Since July, 2019 for each primary accounting document they should give about 200 rubles. Such solution for Elitan Trade – not the first step in fight against low technologies. Earlier the company already monetized paper invoices for payment (100 rub for the document) and delivery agreements (480 rub).
