Etton Group starts automation of an overhaul of the Nizhny Novgorod Region

On July 9, 2019 Etton Group announced signing of the contract with NPO "Nizhny Novgorod fund of repair of MCD" implementation of the information management system the regional program of an overhaul of a common property in apartment houses. Informatization is carried out on the basis of a cloud platform "the Region. Electronic housing and public utilities".

In the Nizhny Novgorod Region the following subsystems will be implemented:

• Monitoring of housing stock;
• Formation and updating of the regional program of an overhaul;
• Planning and capital repair;
• Overhaul billing;
• Control of formation and Financial accounting of funds of an overhaul;
• Work with receivables;
• Personal account of the subscriber, contract organization, head;
• Analytics and reporting;
• And also system integration with external information systems is provided;

We started preparation of the platform. For July, 2019 we collect information for loading it in an information system,

Main objective of creation of a System - increase in efficiency and quality of management of housing sector in the region. A system is implemented for solving of tasks, arising owing to reforming of housing sector and carrying out major repairs of objects of housing stock and also for effective information support of all participants of a system of overhaul of the Nizhny Novgorod Region.

The implemented system will increase information openness and transparency of activity of public authorities, local government authorities, the regional operator of an overhaul due to formation of a common information space for interaction of owners of premises of apartment houses with participants of a regional system of an overhaul.
