On July 15, 2019 the FIS company announced completion of implementation of FIS Collection System in the collection agency AMG.
The main objective of implementation was providing an opportunity to have the uniform file on the client. The second task is a BPM designer for setup of processes and tasks for debt collection.
Process of implementation of this configuration took 6 months. At implementation a system was unrolled and import of data from files is implemented. For July, 2019, FIS company is the 3rd support line and provides training of administrators of AMG company.
The performed works allowed AMG company to increase the processing speed of a portfolio of the client and gave the chance to build uniform process of debt collection. Systems completely conform to the stated requirements and effectively solve the business challenges assigned to them.
In the long term cooperation of CA AMG with Financial Information Systems company plans extra works on integration of a system with call center.
