AMT Group and Meridian created Mission control center in the territory of "The center of space communication Skolkovo

On July 16, 2019 AMT Group company together with JSC Concern MERIDIAN announced end of the first stage of the project on creation of the updated Mission Control Center (MCC) of Russian Satellite Communications Company (GP KS). TsUP is created by request of GP KS in the territory of its branch – the Center of space communication Skolkovo. The updated TsUP allows GP KS to increase reliability and stability of management of own satellite orbital grouping. At the same time GP KS had a possibility of expansion of TsUP for control of perspective satellites. A transfer of TsUP from Shopping Center Shabolovka in Skolkovo was made without the termination of operation and breaks in management of space infrastructure of GP KS.

The project included development of the space-planning and constructive solution, all-construction works, creation of the engineering, production and technology systems. Creation in TsKS "Skolkovo" of the communication system and data transmission (SSPD) became the most important stage of the project.

The uniform SSPD GP KS constructed to Skolkovo integrated three different sectors of TsUP in a single system of communication as among themselves, and with the existing points of operation of the company in Vladimir, Dubna, Zheleznogorsk and Khabarovsk. The structure of SSPD and active network equipment allow to create on their base the isolated routed networks for data transmission.

SSPD is constructed based on the equipment of the Russian developer ELTEX. The uniform structure of SSPD with two (the main and reserve) communication channels saves architecture and ideology of work of networks of other points of operation of GP KS and simplifies scalability of a system in the future. Creation of SSPD based on the Russian equipment reduces housekeeping overheads and gives independence of sanctions policy.

For status monitoring of network equipment, the analysis of loading of channels, the round-the-clock record of data on the taking place events and rapid response at emergence of emergency situations the monitoring system is created.

For providing a microclimate in premises of TsUP heating systems, ventilation, conditioning and cold supply are created. In the project precision Schneider Electric conditioners and chillers of production of TRANE company complete with dry water-cooling towers are used. For ensuring smooth operation of the existing equipment of TsKS "Skolkovo" the reserve freon air conditioning system based on semi-industrial conditioners of channel type of Daikin is installed.

The system of regular power supply is constructed by the principle of reservation 2N. During creation of a system are used by the transfer switch of Riello company, as the UPS sources of Eaton company are selected. The electropanel board equipment is assembled on component parts of ABB and Schneider Electric.

In the protected premises automatic installation of gas fire extinguishing of modular type is provided. The system of the automatic fire warning of the FPÖ is executed based on the ShrackBMZIntegral device using smoke and thermal address fire annunciators, also the system of the automatic fire warning is equipped with manual fire annunciators MVM. Except accomplishment of tasks of the fire warning the equipment provides shutdown of the systems of all-exchange ventilation and inclusion of the existing systems of antismoke protection at the fire.

The structured cable network is designed on modularity, optical and copper subsystems are constructed on the equipment of production of Legrand company.

The created telephone network provides the staff of the enterprise with high-quality telephone communication and also the unified number plan and all telephone services used in GP KS network.

As a result of the performed works in TsKS "Skolkovo" the uniform unified communication system and data transmissions is created, TsUP is put into operation, the management efficiency and uses of resources is increased, administration of systems is simplified, the necessary quantity of communication channels is reduced, energy consumption is considerably reduced that in a complex gave significant cutting of costs for infrastructure maintenance.
