On July 17, 2019 reported Gazprom Neft that Moscow Refinery completed the construction of the next station of filling light oil products in motor transport. Launch of the automated terminal of shipment of fuel took place in the presence of the chairman of the board of Gazprom Neft Alexander Dyukov.
Modern nature protection technologies and management systems of a complex provide the maximum level of environmental safety. Investments of Gazprom Neft into creation of the automated terminal of shipment of fuel made 2.5 billion rubles. The project is implemented within the program of development of Moscow Refinery which since 2011 is continued by Gazprom Neft.
The terminal includes 12 posts with an opportunity at the same time to ship gasoline, diesel and aviation fuels to tanker trucks. Power of a complex is 6.5 thousand tons of oil products a day. The technology allows to fill at the same time all compartments of a tank thanks to what time of shipment is reduced by 4 times. The high-precision digital control system provides shipment of fuel with an accuracy of 100 grams. All information on the movement of fuel is analyzed using the Neftekontrol — Gazprom Neft system * in the online mode.
The complex is equipped with the system of catching of evaporations which collects the departing pairs, turns them into liquid condensate and returns in a repeated cycle of production. Absolutely hermetic lower filling products which does not allow hit of oil products in the atmosphere gives additional protection and also interferes with access of dust or rainfall to compartments of tanker trucks. All posts of shipment are equipped with the advanced emergency protection systems and fire extinguishing.
Development of infrastructure of shipment of oil products is an important element of upgrade of oil processing company assets. The started MNPZ fuel shipment terminal already on blueprint stage was created taking into account key requirements: maximum level of security, lack of influence on the atmosphere, high speed of processes and constant control of quality. Thanks to modern technologies we provide growth of operational efficiency of production at permanent reduction of impact on the environment, noted Anatoly Cherner, the deputy CEO of Gazprom Neft for logistics, processing and sale
