Refactor IKS: Unired

Unired is the register of data. A system gives an opportunity of accounting of objects, registration of transactions with these objects, allows to browse quickly historical data on accounting items, to create different reports, to configure business processes of work with data and documents, to run for context search according to all sections of a System. Transactions with accounting items are grouped in different magazines — as generally in the register, and in each object.

2019: Functionality

Some functionality of the Unired system for July, 2019:

• Maintaining the register of data by means of the friendly interface constructed using modern technologies;
• Version control — obtaining data as about current status, and the change history for each data object;
• Logging of actions — all actions of users are stored in a system and are available to viewing in the corresponding magazines;
• Formation of magazines and reports — a system allows to build magazines in which changes of statuses of an object (equipment) and reports are reflected in different cuts;
• Maintaining the normative reference information allows to unify and accelerate information input about data objects in a system;
• Context search allows to find quicker the necessary information and also prompts what sections of a system still contain similar information;
• Change control — the configured reaction of a system to actions which happen to a data object in a system;
• Differentiation of the rights and powers of users depending on their functional duties.
